Times they are a changing!

There have been many changes over the past year with ECMTB/Cogeyed.   We have changed names, changed our look, and changed some personel during this time.

I'd like to bring everyone up to speed with current developments at Cogeyed.com.  There are currently two owners  myself (Mike Phillips AKA konarider) and Adam Shore (AKA nimzie).  Others who were involved have stepped down for various reasons.  Chris has moved to Ontario, Jeff has professional committments, and Andrew (09man) has moved on to a position with Bicycle Nova Scotia.  This will not exclude them from helping out from time to time but certainly on a more infrequent basis.

As there are two of us now running this site we have focused our sights on specific areas for improvement.  We will continue to work hard to improve all aspects of the site and what we provide to our users.

I thank Chris, Andrew and Jeff for all their hard work and effort into the site.  I'm sure it's been quite an experience for them and I'm sure they'll carry forward the positive vibes of their work here towards their new endeavours.  It has been great working with all of them in the past and I hope to be able to do so in the future on other projects.

I wish Chris, Andrew and Jeff best of luck in their future adventures and  will certainly continue to see them online and contributing to Cogeyed in other ways.

I am always looking for people to assist us any way they can.  Whether it's ideas or volunteering time it is all greatly appreciated. If you are such a person please feel free to contact myself (konarider) or Adam (nimzie)  via the private messages and we'll work together to accomplish great things!!

I'm quite sad to leave.  Mike is right, I am now VP Mountain Bike of BNS, but the time / effort commitment of that position pales in comparison to Cogeyed.  While my heart doesn't mind the extra work, my schedule unfortunately does.  I have a very ambitious adventure race (my other passion) calendar in 2010, and my young son and I are at the beginning of a bond that I can't give enough time to.

I have nothing but the best wishes for Cogeyed.  Thank you all for your support to my various projects while with ECMTB and Cogeyed.
