Yeah it will be interesting to follow, I honestly can't see it being anything more then a slap on the wrist. With the positives for EPO and the likes, such a small dose of clenbuterol seems negligible, but I'm no expert.
It will however tarnish his record and public image. Who knows, maybe Lance or Johan gave him the steak as a gift!

I agree my only reason of him getting more than a slap is they are "cleaning up" cycling
