Is there any single track in Laurie Park? I live in Enfield, looking for a new place to ride.

Don't know about Laurie Park, but there used to be dirt road/atv track along Old Holland Road (see Randy Gray's trails book). I also got on atv trails (maybe the same system) behind a playground/ball park on the other side of the road a little further down from Laurie Park.

Might be good winter riding in there?

I don't know of any single track in the area unfortuantely

I live in Shubie and most of my riding is on the road

there is some double track at the end of  old post road

the road is accross form the big stop then you tunr left at  ledwidge lumber and follow the road till it ends  and turns into gravel

I drive to HRM  to ride my MTB

I also drive to HRM to ride.  Funny one has to leave the rural areas to mountain bike in the woods.

I also ride in the area off Old Post Road.  It's all double track.  Good for cardio but nothing technical.  There IS one really good technical climb in there.  I have yet to make it.  Hmmm.  I might have to try it again this week.  If you go further down old post rd to the bottom of the hill, you can take a right and basically ride to the Airport through old logging roads.  Nothing too exciting.

Oakfield Park has a small loop.  It's mostly double track.  I have taken the kids in there to ride occaisionally.  Again, nothing really technical.
