Unless TYG or GOT get so acclimated to the glory of Georgia in March that they freeze to the start line on the 18th, I'm not sure they'll have much trouble taking shit to church.  They do a WBL per day down there.   

I put G money in 3rd, dispatching Mac10 on the final climb.  Out of the chase group will be SG taking the sprint for 5th, followed Marty. 

Graller Power takes the win for the ladies.  Last year's winner has been seriously compromised due to the 24h day, excessive high-lighting and train-o-phobia. 

I'm not sure if I'll ride, or play caravan again...

Not sure if you will ride or play caravan? We can really let the trash talking commence with a lame ass statement like that.

1/2 of Graller Power hopes that the other 1/2 of Graller Power doesn't trash talk the non-training 1/2.... ha ha....here's hoping she makes the break and holds until her fingers bleed....

It’d be nice for G money to take the spoils. Though, if it comes down to a bunch show down – GOT has the instinct. And with all the training down south – TYG should have more endurance. Imagine TYG snap and speed, but extended!!! I take those three to battle it out for top three.

As for the ladies, KT shouldn’t be compromised, so Graller Power will have real competition;) The road is KT’s domain and in my eyes, she is the favorite. Graller Power will likely have to settle for second yet another year. Though she might take TS on the line and that would be a pretty sweet compromise.

 For the final spot on the podium I'll put my money on Martin......... provided he doesn't get lost again.

 update: the official Wolfville roubiax committee had a meeting yesterday to discuss the specifics of this years upcoming event. Official date will be posted soon, but expect the 2nd or 3rd weekend in april. For those who raced last year, the course will remain relatively the same, including last years new dirt section.  

Hey now, with the little one due before any other races maybe I've been planning to peak for the Roubaix; get that proverbial last kick at the can.  With this "take a chance" and "zebra mauled by hyenas" talk maybe I'll do an interval or two and learn to sprint.

It isn't hard to predict the fight for the podium is going to be between Mac10, TYG, Gmac, and GOT.  Without good reports on how the training is going in the South I'm going to say GOT is going to be the odd man out, needing another week or two to trim the winter fat. Here is my podium:  TYG 1st, Mac10 2nd, Gmac 3rd.

For a darkhorse pick to land on the podium I'll be going with TT and his wily old man strength.  Despite his aging and ailing body he has looked better this spring compared to past years.  If he can hang around for a sprint you never know.  Expect Pennell to mix it up in the chase pack after showing he has the gusto to flatten the Villa without gears.

For the women I'll definitely be putting my money on Graller Power's better half after an impressive WBL season.

He just means Kelly.  She's missing him.

I'm sure they'll be a logistics (rather than trash talk) thread about it, after the High Committee of the House of CSD convenes and hammers out a bill, but I've got a feeling that it'll roll at 12 to accord with eons of tradition.
