considering both U2 and Metallica, however 10000 kms of highway and repeat trips to the ski hill will likely be most of my summer's weekends :)

I decided against going to see Metalliica. I am headed to the first week of the Ottawa Bluesfest to see a shitload of great bands...Ben harper, The Roots, Rise Against, Cage the Elelphant, the Black Keys...and long time favorite of mine...Soundgarden!! Then its off to Montreal in September to see Pearl Jam! Can't frickin wait!!

I may try to swing going to NOFX.
Metallica, unknown at this time. If it was old school metallica, i would go for sure...i also don't want to pay $100+ for an outdoor concert.

ended up on the sexy girl bus with the wife in a head to head contest sculpting penis's out of playdough. the concert was not to bad either. the ordeal afterwards thru the mud to get out of magnetic hill was a bit much.

well we have two big shows slated for this year and some other fun stuff as well. i have got my tickets to go see u2 all ready and am all but ready to pull the trigger on the metallica tickets. for me these were two of my favorites from the 80's and it is great to see both bads bigger and badder than ever. how do you feel about the price of the tickets with u2 be almost 40 bucks less? anyone going on the party bus to moncton?
