Thoughts on a new entry route to Spider?

Two weeks ago I went hiking at Spider to look for a new possible entry point, and didn't have a lot of success. I kept wandering into large deadfall sections which would be a nightmare to develop. I started to tape as I went, but realized that I needed more planning so I back-tracked and pulled the tape off as I made my way back out.

I decided to take a look on the interwebs, and try and find a better route before trying again. This is what I came up with:

I'm just wondering what other folks thoughts are on the matter, and if you think it's worth while to pursue. We probably want to have a more clear idea of where the cutting will end, as my proposed route should avoid what was cut as of last week, but that may have changed. The route is 1002m thorough established tree stands, so most of the clearing cuold take place with loppers.

I'm willing to put in effort in the fall if others are.
