apparently, boiling eggs in plastic can eventually lead to brain damage.
not much to get ready for... it's just dh, right? ... all ya gotta do is hang on and work the levers a bit.

Jake was sayin he doesn't get back till the 1st so Canada day weekend is kinda a write off for him.
I can't go canada day weekend (although it would be pimp to ride like 4 days) or the following weekend (10/11 july) because I need to get some stuff sorted out at the building in lakeside for insurance, but the weekend after I'm all good.
Basically July 16/17/18 is the next time I'm able/planning on going.
If I pull finger I can probably get shit done to go 10/11 though...

Probably a few from Moncton will be going.
things to remember...
Don't get lift passes, campground and firewood at the same time... it'll take 45 minutes, another 15min if the phone rings. Don't ask any questions... that's another 15min.
Bring your own lunch. Restaurant takes 1.5hrs for a hamburger. Waiting for utensils is another 15 min.
Bring ear plugs for sleeping... atv's will be brapping through the campground most of the night.

already have a season's pass, did the restaurant twice, the first time and last time. the atv's won't bother me if they don't mind my empties flying at their heads, or sacrifice a full one to get the point across. can't wait.

I bet it will be pretty thin that weekend, but there are a tonne of people who have no interest in racing. I hope the #s are good for Poley so I'd be there if I wasn't heading to Cape Breton for a week of super chillage.

I think I'm going to have to step up the frequency of visits, maybe try to get up every two to three weeks... the 6hr drive is killer though...
Yeah I kinda wanted to check poley out, but last time at the loaf I took the next avail yurt and that happened to be the poley weekend.
The only "race" event I have in memory is the next ride at WW, don't care for racing, but will jump at the chance to ride there :)
